I recently watched the movie “Cinderella” starring model, Vanessa Hessler. This movie is an Italian TV movie. It came out in 2011. This movie was directed by Christian Duguay, and the screenwriter and filming staff were production staff of “Coco Chanel” (2008). This story is arranged in a modern style, so you see a different thing from the fairy tale.
In this movie Cinderella, whose name is Aurora Deluca, lives in Rome with her father and she wants to be a pianist. Then her father got married, but her father died. Her stepmother works her as a servant, but she always has a strong-will and is kind and she hasn’t lost hope yet. One day she meets a wealthy young man, Sebastian. Can she overcome her circumstances?
The song that Aurora plays on the piano, is so impressive and it will be hard to forget. Also one billion yen was used for production costs, so costumes and furniture are nostalgic and beautiful. Please pay attention to the clothes of Aurora. Vanessa Hessler is attractively dressed in the clothes of the 1950s.
“Cinderella” is an example of a movie in the “Romance” genre but the development of the story is fast so I think even if you don’t like “Romance” genre, you can enjoy it.
From this movie, we learn that people can grow up beautiful without money and get happiness.
